Ordering & MOQ
- What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- Minimum order quantities vary by product. As a general guide, orders start at 5 cartons (approximately 100–1,000 pieces depending on product). WhatsApp us with your specific product to get the exact MOQ.
- How do I place a bulk order with Hero Notes?
- The fastest way is WhatsApp. Send us your product name, size, quantity, and city. We will reply with pricing, carton quantity, lead time, and payment details within business hours.
- Can I order multiple products in one order?
- Yes. You can order registers, notebooks, draft pads, exam pads, and any other combination in a single order. MOQ applies per product type.
- Do you offer samples before I commit to a bulk order?
- Yes, samples of standard products are available. A nominal sample charge may apply and is usually deducted from the first bulk order. WhatsApp us to request samples.
- Can I visit your facility in Lahore?
- Yes. We welcome visits from serious buyers and distributors. Our facility is at 9-Kabir Street, Urdu Bazar, Lahore. Please WhatsApp or call us in advance to schedule a visit.
Products & Specs
- What paper GSM do your products use?
- GSM varies by product: registers and notebooks use 55–60 GSM; exam pads use 60 GSM; diaries use 60–70 GSM; sketch books use 70–80 GSM for their heavier drawing paper. All specs are listed on each product page.
- What sizes are available?
- We manufacture in A4 (210×297 mm), A5 (148×210 mm), B5 (176×250 mm), and Legal (216×356 mm) sizes depending on product. Full size options are listed on each product page.
- What binding types do you offer?
- School notebooks use center-stapled binding. Registers use side-pinned or perfect-bound binding. Draft pads and exam pads use glue-top binding. Diaries and sketch books use perfect-bound binding.
- Are your products available in custom sizes?
- Custom sizes are possible for large orders and require higher minimums and longer lead time. Discuss your requirements with us on WhatsApp.
- What is the difference between a register and a notebook?
- A register is a heavier, thicker ruled book (100–200 pages, A4 or Legal, side-pinned or perfect-bound) used for record-keeping and school subjects. A notebook or "copy" is lighter (B5 or A4, center-stapled, 100 pages) for daily student use.
- What paper ruling options are available?
- We offer single-line ruled (standard), double-line ruled (for younger students), and plain unruled (for draft pads and sketch books). Ruling type is specified per product.
Delivery
- Do you deliver across all of Pakistan?
- Yes. We deliver nationwide — Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, and all other cities. Delivery is via courier or freight service at the buyer's cost.
- How long does delivery take?
- Standard orders typically take 3–7 business days from order confirmation. Custom-printed orders take 10–15 business days. Lead times may be slightly longer during peak school season (June–September).
- Who pays for shipping?
- Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Freight charges depend on the weight, volume of the order, and the destination city. We will include estimated shipping costs in your quotation.
- Can you deliver to multiple locations in one order?
- Split deliveries to multiple addresses are possible and may incur additional shipping charges. Mention this when you request your quote.
Payment
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept bank transfer (advance TT) and cash on collection from our Lahore facility. For first-time buyers, 100% advance is required. Repeat buyers with established accounts may have different terms.
- Is 100% advance required for the first order?
- Yes. For new buyers, full advance payment is required before production begins. This is standard practice in Pakistan's wholesale stationery market.
Custom Printing
- Can you print our school or company name on the products?
- Yes. Custom printing is available on notebooks, registers, diaries, exam pads, and more. You provide the logo and design; we print it on the product cover. MOQ for custom printing is higher than standard. Send your logo and requirements on WhatsApp for a quote.
- What file format do you need for custom printing?
- PDF vector files, Adobe Illustrator (.AI), or PSD at 300 DPI minimum. High-resolution PNG is acceptable for logos. Low-resolution JPEG files are not suitable.
- How long does custom printing take?
- Typically 10–15 business days from design approval to completion, plus delivery time. Place custom orders well in advance of your deadline.
- What is OEM or private-label manufacturing?
- OEM (original equipment manufacturer) means we produce the product and you sell it under your own brand. We manufacture and print; you distribute. This is ideal for distributors building their own stationery brand.
Pricing & Discounts
- Do you have a price list?
- Prices are not published as they depend on current paper costs, product specs, and order quantity. WhatsApp us with your product, quantity, and city for a current quotation.
- Do prices improve with higher quantities?
- Yes. Per-unit pricing improves as you move up quantity tiers: Starter (5 cartons), Volume (10–20 cartons), and Distributor (50+ cartons). Larger orders receive better per-unit pricing.
Distribution
- I am a distributor looking for a long-term supply contract. Is that possible?
- Yes. We actively work with distributors across Pakistan. WhatsApp us to discuss volume requirements, pricing, and supply terms for a regular arrangement.
- Do you supply retailers as well as distributors?
- Yes. We supply retailers, stationery shops, schools, distributors, and corporate buyers directly. Any buyer who can meet the minimum order quantity is welcome.
